'Lovely house within walking distance of restaurants beaches and a few shops. More in town than we expected which was great. House has lovely pool and patio area which we used most of the time. Kitchen and bathrooms a bit dated but useable. Had a problem with exterior lights which was dealt with promptly by host. Would book again'

'Alles o.k. und wie beschrieben.Allerdings gab es diverse Male Probleme mit der Elektrikund die Hauptsicherung liess sich nicht mehr einschalten.Besitzer hat aber sofort gehandelt und Elektriker geschickt.'

'Wonderful house within a 5 minute stroll to the town centre. Fabulous collection of art and objets d'art and so many areas to eat outside and inside. Excellent pool area with fridge, dishwasher and new gas bar b q . We had a fabulous time and would like to thank Juan for looking after us so well.'

'First of all, Eva Maria did it very well. The villa was very good in all aspects with the exception of a small defect related to low water pressure on the first floor. The rooms were open and large and certainly sufficient for the 11 persons and 1 baby. The use of the garden, the pool, the covered tables and benches made everything correct and pleasant. Overall a good location.'

'Great house for a big family. Great location. We had a problem with the water, and the landlord sent someone to fix I right away. We were very satisfied, and highly recommend it.If you need to get around on the island you will need a car. If you just need to go to puerto Pollença or Pollenca a bicycle will be enough'

'The villa was superb and exceeded our expectations, very spacious and comfortable with a large outdoor garden and pool area. The nearby town of Santa Margalida is only 10-15 minutes walk away and has a great local feel, away from the tourist crowds. Highly recommended.'

'Schöne, geräumige Unterkunft, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hier und da wären ein paar Reparaturen nötig (z.B. Silikonfugen in den Bädern) Ein besserer Grill wäre keine Fehlinvestition. Pool war sehr gut, groß und sauber. Die großen Tische außen und innen waren sehr vorteilhaft. Im Großen und Ganzen eine sehr schöne Unterkunft'

'The stay was mostly perfect. Unfortunately, we lost the water halfway through our stay, and it took over a day to get it properly back in place, after contacting the landlord repeatedly. A bit unfortunate when you can't shower or go to the toilet..'

"Ik boekte voor het zwembad naast het meer en ik bleef voor al de rest. Het hotel is mooi en proper, het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het ontbijt is heerlijk en uitgebreid. Het is dichtbij het strand, in de shop en eet straat, dichtbij de bushalte. Perfect."
