'Great location but in a residential area so you will get dogs barking, odd party, car horns, does get quiet around 10 though. We had large sitting room/kitchen, tv should be larger for such a large room. Basic but functional furniture and beds. Shower had poor pressure but ok. Air con control looks like digital clock on the wall, front door is electronic, you need to touch the Yale symbol for the numbers to appear, lock the same way, some doors had instructions, some did not. 'I really liked my stay. The location is great on the well known Venice Beach Boardwalk, the beach is literally 5 steps away. On the rooftop you can chill as well with a great view. Rooms are nice as well, beautiful bathroom and good bed to sleep in when you are not out in Venice and/or Santa Monica.'

'This is a great location in a quiet neighborhood. We loved that we could walk to the market, stores and restaurants. The hosts have provided everything you can think of in the house with extra pillows, towels and supplies. I love that you don’t have to clean anything before you leave - no washing sheets or towels or vacuuming like some other places we’ve stayed.
