'We came in from Pittsburgh, PA for a huge event in the city that was well advertised. When checking in, the process was rather lengthy with multiple people waiting. The ‘incidental’ charges were different prices for everyone. The pool was not filled/operable. The fireplaces outside were also inoperable. And, upon arrival from the event later in the evening, there were no parking spaces available without sufficient help from staff to rectify the situation. The rooms were nice-but there’s no...

'We needed to checkin early and the host was very open to it. There was a small fee to speed up the cleaning process but we we're able to get in 2 hours early. Very cute apartment style rooms with a gorgeous view of a forest. The shower handle was a little tricky and popped off at one point but we were able to put it back on for use.'

'Overall a great experience. The place was as described and provided everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.'

'Smooth email communication for checking in and out.'

'Great place'

'My only advice would be for stays longer than three nights, buy the 7 day parking permit for $5 and to get Zaffiro’s pizza. Place was great.'

'The parking was a problem because when I was there one of the garage entrances was out of order. That made parking a bit of a pain. The door entry system was a little complicated. The host provided coffee service in the room. That was excellent. The room was great. Operating the TV needed better instructions. Overall, I plan to stay there in the future.'

'Great space! Clean and up to date. We got lucky and found a parking spot right in front sometime around 4:15pm. Instructions were clear on how to get in. Getting an Uber was fast and easy in the area. We plan to return next year to this same listing. Very happy we tried this out when we normally stay at a hotel. Highly recommend.'

'We own a home in the Milwaukee area and needed a 2-night stay. Area is very nice; however, the property is more run like a rooming house/halfway house. Rooms are dated like 1990. Two pillows provided on a King size bed. Additional pillows provided were soiled with stains. Various individuals in groups smoking in the front entrance. There were no room keys because the system was not operable. In order to get in your room, staff had to walk guests to their rooms and use a master key. This...

'Comfortable apartment. Convenient to family we were visiting.'

'Nice place, convenient location. Easy to get into, had a little of everything I needed.'

'Great location!'

'It was fine'

'Great location and it served its purpose as a place to sleep. The ac unit in the 3rd bedroom would not stay on making that room warm.'

'It was very nice!'
