'Extremely private, clean, and well maintained space. Great shower! Awesome off street parking! Within 10-15 min from anything you’d want - gym, restaurants, etc. The host had great communication and was very accommodating. This will be my first option when I’m visiting Chico. '

Made finding it after sunset interesting but the neighborhood is safe. I will definitely look to stay here again.'

It may not be a big deal to some, but we stayed during 100F weather, so having to step out of the air-conditioned space was not ideal. Additionally, the kitchen-bathroom area is not air-conditioned, so it was like an oven in there while trying to cook meals. Finally, the water pressure in the shower was very low.
