'STaff were great and have been coming there for the past 5 years'

'Arrived at the hotel great check in. Loved the indoor corridors and spacius room. It was clean but unbelievably freezing. Domeinen legt the airconditioning on at max setting for ours. Opening the window didn't help and turning on the heater made a lot of noice and smelled a lot. As i was tired of the lassen trails i just put on three layers and folded the blanket of the king in two. Made my stay not comfortable. If not for this i would highly recommand the place.'

'I'm going to redirect you to my Yelp review. One thing, I wasn't pleased with the front desk lying to me about contacting management about an issue. I didn't find this out until several days after my visit while talking to management. Thanks to Justin and Lizie (I probably misspelled her name), we will be coming back to this location.'

'We had a cute suite that included sitting area, small refrigerator, and comfy bed. We didn’t get to spend much time at the motel but agreed we would stay again. It’s within an hour of Lassen National Park. We had dinner at their sister location - Fall River Inn. Note there is limited front desk times.'
