'The flat is clean and newly done but it is in a seedy housing complex. It is not close to Kings Cross or to center. You need to go 3-4 blocks away to pick up and drop off keys. We got this place specifically because of the lift because we had huge suitcases but the list only went up to the 9th floor but this flat is on the 10th. Lastly, the flat was FREEZING because the window in the kitchen was open because the lock was broken and the heaters didn’t go up any higher. It is a safety hazard as...
