'Hotel was in a really bad condition, I went back to front desk 3 times before they gave me right key to my room. Room was horrible, air condition was broken so they put another one in our room with big pipes outside and it was so loud, there’s no way you can fall asleep with it. Door lock was missing with big portion of wall. Furniture was so dirty so it was even nasty to stay close to them, dirty floor, bad smell inside our room. Outside of our room smell of marijuana was so strong I guess...

'We booked here because we liked the chain, and the included breakfast. When we checked in the woman checking us in barely spoke to us, she did not even welcome us to the hotel. When my daughter went to use the tv we found there was no remote, so had to go ask for one by speaking through the security camera. When she brought the remote she didn't speak, just shoved a remote taped together at us then walked away. There was only 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper (for 3 people) and only 3 tissues. ...

'Parking was bad. Behind the hotel were too small, dumpy parking lots. We did not feel safe leaving our car parked there. Hotel staff was not friendly nor helpful. Overall the place was dark inside and not super welcoming. Had a touch of a creepy vibe to it. I discovered it was a former dormitory for resident dentists and doctors studying at college. During that time they used it also as a research lab. Could have been why it was creepy. Doubt if we ever stay here again.'

'The room was clean and comfortable. It was equipped with a microwave and small refrigerator, which made my 5 day stay easier. However, there was no maid service during my stay - including no trash service.'
