'Rumorig hotel, ik zou checken dat je zeker niet boven de club slaapt, dat is echt horror. Je moet altijd door de bar en club lopen dat is soms echt vervelend. Service is slecht. Ontbijt is niks waard en super duur. Kamers zijn heel erg donker en beetje vervallen. Uitchecken is verschrikkelijk, geen aandacht, geen rekening(!) '

'The apartment is very spacious, well equipped with good quality appliances, has a huge patio and separate bedroom. Two tv’s, dishwasher and nespresso coffee machine. Clean and super comfortable beds, clean towels nearly every day of our stay. It is also in a perfect location very close to the main attractions yet quiet at night. Daniella was incredibly helpful and very friendly. We loved this place and will surely book again if in Porto again. Recommended!'

'It’s a heaven for parents with kids. Many things to do around the hotel and it’s safe nearby. The room is nice and clean. Service is great with nice breakfast. We hope to come back soon! '

'De accommodatie was schoon, modern en qua ligging uitstekend. Veel restaurants in de buurt, supermarkten en heel dicht bij metro, bus enz. Voor herhaling vatbaar! '

'Nice hotel close to a lot of attractions. The basement area with a pool table, foosball table and other things was a nice place to hang out. Kitchen in the room was big and had everything we needed. Staff was nice. Walls are "thin". You hear everything that happens on the street outside. '

'The place is on top location. Highly recommend it. Super central but not overly crowded. Safe and easily walkable to everything you want and need. Apartment is spacious enough for family of 4 with all the essentials. Big plus air-conditioning. Averio is beautiful and we love to come back again.'

'Ruime accomodatie centraal gelegen. We konden al rond 12.30 uur inchecken wat heel fijn was. Heerlijk appartement wat we zeker zouden aanraden en als we Porto nog eens bezoeken zeker weer zouden boeken. Ook heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.'

'The property is at the entrance to Porto, in a pedestrian area with spectacular views. Restaurants are definitely more expensive and there are of all qualities, but everyone finds what they are looking for without a doubt. The hotel staff is very attentive and provides excellent advice on how to make the most of your stay.'

'The place is very comfortable, the room a bit small for the bed, but better a bigger bed in a smaller room then the other way around, very comfortable beds. The place is very close to many attractions in the center of town and there are plenty of restaurants around. '

'Een prachtig appartement in het oude centrum. Modern, en voorzien van alle benodigdheden. De slaapkamer bevindt zich boven. Het plafond is laag dus moet bukkend naar bed. '

'Lovely apartment in a great location, the apartment proved a great base for 3 days in Lisbon. We were on 3rd floor which was quiet but with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The trams run past the apartment but we generally walked, pack good shoes! Would recommend/ return if in Lisbon.'

'Mooi, schoon appartement. Dichtbij een belangrijk metro-station waardoor eigenlijk alles makkelijk bereikbaar is. Wanneer je vragen had werd er eigenlijk altijd binnen 20 minuten geantwoord door de host. Echt een fijne week gehad.'

"We stayed four nights during our vacation. The hotel is located in a very convenient area. There is a big mall across the street. Within walking distance, there are many restaurants. It's also right next to the metro station, which will take you to the city center in about 20 mins. The room is clean. The indoor swimming pool is very nice, we used it everyday. It's definitely the highlight. One improvement point is that in the changing area of the swimming pool, we could really use more hooks for cloths and towels etc. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. "
