'We reserved a “suite, king bed with sofa bed”. This room was definitely not a suite, maybe it was at one time, but there wasn’t even a sofa even in the room. The carpet was torn and the mold smell was very strong. The lampshade was also covered in mold. It looked like the room used to have a Jacuzzi that was removed and the room was never put back together. The paint in the entire pool area was mostly peeled away. and the “gift shop” consisted of 10 small bags of potato chips. The smoke...

'Very helpful and flexible staff'

'Showing signs of age, but clean and comfortable.'

'Decent room for the price.'

'Prima hotel voor de doorreis, comfortabele kamers, goed ontbijt, in de buurt verder niet veel te doen'

'The outside and loby were pretty clean but the washer and dryer were dirty. My room was barely cleaned. The sheets were definitely not changed nor the shower cleaned. There was even a dirty wash rag hanging in the shower curtain still. I asked for the manager but I guess he wasn't there the 2 days I stayed. Front desk changed the bedding and that was it. Breakfast was fine.'

'I liked the rustic look. The only thing I didn't like was the banging of the door when individuals headed out to the firepits. It shook the whole wall where my headboard was located.'

'Place was spacious and could accommodate a big group of people. Downside is the shower is acting up. Water needs more pressure.'

'The hallways were filthy'

'"5 stars! Friendly and helpful staff, outstanding amenities, and endless activities to keep you entertained. Can't wait to return!"'

'Our host was super helpful and attentive with any questions we had. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. All of the amenities were as described. The hot tub was wonderful and someone came just to check and make sure it was working correctly. Nothing like watching the snow from a hot tub like a snow monkey. :) '

'Staff was friendly. Pool gets a lot of use.'

'Exactly as described. Check in and checkout were easy. Quick responses from host. Area is a neat area for swimming and playing in the sand with both local things to do and Wisconsin Dells close by. We enjoyed our stay!'

'It's a nice neighborhood around an artificial lake. Kids will love it.'
