'Zeer ruime fijne hotelkamer met grote badkamer. Minpuntje was dat de TV geen streaming services ondersteunde (het personeel kon het in ieder geval niet aan de praat krijgen). De stoom cabine in de spa was ook niet beschikbaar 1 van de dagen van mijn verblijf. Pedicure in de spa was meer een massage dan een pedicure- ik moest alsnog elders gel lak vervangen, dat deden ze niet in het hotel. Had ik dat geweten dan had ik een andere behandeling geboekt. Wel heel vriendelijk personeel in de spa....

'This hotel was such a great stay! The bed was comfortable, we booked a suite with the bathtub and the room was spacious and just beautiful. The customer service was top tier, and the location was perfect. Very easy to book an Uber to any location and there were many dinner options just downstairs.'

'Good: The foyer and exterior of this property is gorgeous! Staff were friendly, welcoming and very kindly sent my Dad a lovely piece of cake and a card to his room for his 80th birthday. Bed was comfy and the robe and slippers too. Location is awesome and close to trams and major attractions. Corner suite was huge and spacious. Brekkie was decent, but pricey (we ordered from
Menu) and the staff there were great too. Room was fine too.
Not so good: The rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade....

'The location was amazing but also led to the downside of my stay. I stayed 8 nights for a work trip and whilst I loved the small kitchenette and living area, I found the bed and pillows uncomfortable, the temperature hard to control properly (woke up cold repeatedly), and the street noise from the light rail, sirens, and general street noise (roadworks, people socialising) woke me often. I thought I’d use the pool but didn’t (is is next to and visible from reception). My fav pick for Sydney CBD...

'Hotel is good. Staff is friendly. However, exhaust fan does not work in toilet. Not a pleasant situation for this kind of toilet setup.
Bar fridge is tooo warm. Need something proper to cool down the water. The refilled sparking water is really nice. '
