'Zeer ruime fijne hotelkamer met grote badkamer. Minpuntje was dat de TV geen streaming services ondersteunde (het personeel kon het in ieder geval niet aan de praat krijgen). De stoom cabine in de spa was ook niet beschikbaar 1 van de dagen van mijn verblijf. Pedicure in de spa was meer een massage dan een pedicure- ik moest alsnog elders gel lak vervangen, dat deden ze niet in het hotel. Had ik dat geweten dan had ik een andere behandeling geboekt. Wel heel vriendelijk personeel in de spa....

'This hotel was such a great stay! The bed was comfortable, we booked a suite with the bathtub and the room was spacious and just beautiful. The customer service was top tier, and the location was perfect. Very easy to book an Uber to any location and there were many dinner options just downstairs.'

'Be aware of staying on upper floors. We paid for an upgrade for higher floor, unaware there was a function on that resulted in loud music until after 12:30 pm. Hotel management indifferent to the complaint.'

'Absolutely perfect, from the roomy accommodation, pristine pool area, elegant entry, and location right in the CBD yet still quiet in the evenings. We enjoyed being able to have morning coffee and evening drinks on the balcony. Special kudos to the stellar and attentive housekeeping staff.'

De ligging van het hotel is ook prima en makkelijk met het openbaar vervoer naar het centrum. Parkeren in garage, erg makkelijk. Personeel uitstekend.'
