'I stayed for a night and I felt like it was auditioning for a “before” scene in a cleaning commercial. The bathtub looked like it had seen things… none of them involving soap anytime recently, and the water pressure was so weak it could barely rinse off a thought. 'I stayed one night at Tri Century Mill Suites in mid March. My room was spacious, clean and absolutly gorgeous. There were massive windows looking out over the river which runs around the property. I didn't need the kitchenette, but if I did it was very well equipped. This room had a bedroom separate from the living space, also with a huge window and a deep sill. 'This hotel is set away from the hustle and bustle but still very close to restaurants and shopping. Our granddaughters loved the heated pool. The breakfast offers a good selection. It is also in a very spacious room so it does not feel crowded. Our room was a good size and with a microwave and fridge snacks and quick meals are possible. We plan to return next time in Ottawa. '

'Under construction, no mention on website before booking. Reception was major construction area, my room was directly above, construction still taking place after 11pm. complained, staff told me they asked the contractors but they were being ignored. Finally stopped at 12:10am. Staff member apologized and told me the GM said I would have a reduced rate. When I checked out, no reduced rate and no one knew about it. Don't stay here would be my summary.'
