'The rooms definitely need a deep clean. There were crumbs, trash, and someone’s false lashes on the floor next to the head of the bed. Other than that, the room size was great, the pools were nice enough and the location to the beach was excellent. We really enjoyed the quietness of staying to the north of the boardwalk.'

'We had ants in the room and had to move to other rooms. The air conditioner was not working . There was a red stain on the floor in one of the rooms. House keeping tried but could not keep up with cleaning all of the rooms. The elevator broke. The ones that worked were slow. The front door broke. The valets for parking were never around.'

'Someone came into my room, replaced my towels, made my bed but supposedly my room wasn’t to be serviced. Manager said it might be it was an “add on” but front desk staff told me they always do towels on third day. My daughter had her pillow there with pink tie dye pottery barn pillowcase. They took off her pillowcase and replaced with a white one! I let them know immediately but they said it was a mistake and probably in laundry. Well they never found it. My bed was obviously made and new towels...

'The last time I stayed here my refrigerator in the room was turned down as low as it could go and it froze all the food I took. Could not eat it. Told the staff about it and they could have cared less. Heard other people say the same about the room refrigerator. This time my room air conditioner made so much extra noise I couldn’t sleep. If I fell a sleep it would wake me up when it turned on. Once again I told the front desk and once again they could care less. I will never stay there again!'

'OK. I really liked the omelette person screaming people’s names when their omelette was ready. It was ridiculous. They need to devise a better system.'
