'This property is in a great location, super clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. The mattress in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. It was so nice not having to bring our own beach gear since it was provided by the owners. They even had bowls & towels for our dog. Pearl was very easy to communicate with and even called to check on us after a bad storm. We had to cut our visit short due to an unexpected emergency at home, but we would definitely stay here...

'We had a great time at Cape San Blas. This place/ location was great. We had beautiful weather every day. The beach is right there so that was definitely a plus, the view from the balconies was amazing. The house was clean, and had everything we needed. They do need some new pans though, a little old. We will hopefully be back next year to make more memories.'

'The unit was extremely clean and welcoming. The decor was beachy and relaxing. The kitchen had all the utensils you would need. Every floor had access to a balcony which overlooked the Gulf of Mexico. One night while we were there, the weather allowed for us to see an amazing sunset. 'We had a wonderful stay! Proximity to the beach was the #1 amenity to our family of four. We also loved the view from the master bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with every pan and appliance we needed and the hose/shower outside made it easy to keep sand outside. Another family was staying in the next door unit but we didn’t hear them at all. The furnishings were comfortable and clean. Thanks for everything!'

'Very nice overall. You must be able to climb stairs. Nice amenities; we enjoyed reading in the sun by the pool, walking on the beach... Car-port was just about too narrow for our full-sized truck. An unexpected (but apparently planned) power outage of a few hours took us a bit by surprise. But no damage done. We would certainly come again ... but might seek "handicapped accessible"!'

'This cozy rental was exactly what we needed for our party of 6 + 2 dogs. The adults had the two main bedrooms and the kids loved the lofted bedroom and separate sitting room. The house had ocean views from two sides and all the bedrooms. Despite being a "2 houses back" from the beach, you are literally still only 100ft from beach with how the ocean curves around the street. Thank you for a wonderful time!'

'My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Barrier Dunes and had a great time. The unit is very nice and well equipped. My only complaint is that when we cooked dinner the first night, we found that many of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. Before we could cook, we had to rewash the pots and pans we used, and then when we were ready to eat we found that many of the plates were really dirty like someone ate spaghetti or something with red sauce and then put them back in the cabinets without...

'This is the third time we have stayed at this house. We love the location, dock, area to clean fish and the big screen porch. That’s where we enjoyed sunrises and ate all our meals! We really loved having a second refrigerator! Thank you Nichole for sharing your home!!'

'With 3 large bedrooms each with their own bath and and half bath on the main, the place was spacious and comfortable. Good kitchen, well equipped. Love the location next to the state park.'

'This was our first extended family vacation in over 10 years. Cape Indulgence was a great place for this gathering. The house was very accommodating for the days that the weather was not beach friendly. Location on the island was perfect for our crew. Little bit of a walk down the boardwalk to the beach. But the private boardwalk allowed us to leave our chairs and tent at the end daily. Overall a great place for a large group.'

'The house was clean and super cute. We loved being able to find a place that was dog friendly with a fenced in yard. It wasn’t a bad walk to the beach and taking the golf cart was a huge plus. We couldn’t find the bay access but could’ve been user error. I loved sitting on the deck and reading at night. It was the perfect place for us !'
