'The location was convenient, staff were good. There was a problem with the air conditioner. It kept turning off randomly, especially at night. The staff did look into it but then the weather cooled down so it wasn’t so much an inconvenience but as the warmer weather comes it might be an issue.'

'Clean room always. Staff were nice and helpful loved my stay here.'

'Easiest check-in and check-out process. Property super clean. Love the ocean view. Very close to public transport. Close to beach Close to shops Reasonably priced outdoor parking across the road from accommodation.'

'We stayed in a Panoramic Executive Room, which was excellent and offered beautiful views. However, the executive lounge experience could have been better. 'Very good property in the middle between Surfers and Broadbeach. Great staff and friendly helpful check in.'

'Our second time staying here and we do like the hotel, one issue was the early start on the construction site next door, but we were made aware of that prior to our stay. The only other thing was the air conditioning whilst it worked fine made a horrible noise all the time.'

Alles andere soweit o.k., Lage sehr gut.'

'Booked a year in advance for ocean view room. Got one on 3rd floor, was right beside air handling unit on 2nd floor. Noise was horrendous, had a low ocean view, but noise made sitting on deck impossible. Bathroom sink drain clogged, would fill up quickly and drain 15 mins later. AC would not go colder than 22.5 C. Would not of been as much of issue if could of opened patio doors for breeze, too loud. All in all not a great experience'
