'Clean property, easy access. Good kitchen supplies. It was nice to be staying on the island and close to the beach.'

'Great unit & perfect location. Beautiful view of the marina side & wildlife (osprey, manatee, herons, etc). Quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach on the Gulf side. Pool & hot tub right next to the unit building. Plenty of parking & 10-15 minute walk to downtown bars & restaurants. Host was very responsive & generous. Highly recommend!'

'The condo was great. Don’t worry about not having full access to south seas. The resort isn’t fully back to where it was pre hurricane so make sure you reserve beach gear to rent. There are great restaurants close by that are better than the resort. The beach is great and pool. If you do play tennis they have modified some courts for pickleball. If you are coming for tennis and been to South Seas before the storms. The main tennis center is gone (blackwood tennis) so no lessons or clinics but...

There could have been more beach towels and only two of the beach chairs provided were usable. However any issues we had were resolved very quickly and we would definitely stay there again'

'Amenities at the apartment/condo was exactly as described. Easy 5-7 minutes walk to the beach. Overall, a nice place for a relaxing getaway for a few days.'

'Room clean but small actually hotel room. Bathroom is roomy shower is nice but has no dresser for storage. two drawers under the bed. small closet. perfect combination for two. Screen porch ground level direct access to the beach. No view of Beach the dunes have been replaced. Which took away the view. But worked well for us for the three days we stayed 140 yards to sand and water perfect.'

'I have stayed at South Seas many times over many years, so it makes me sad to say I will NEVER go back. The pictures that are portrayed of the unit are all lies! The place is like a ghost town. It is filled with construction workers. Worse yet, you do not have access to the resort or any of its “few” restaurants. You are not told any of this during booking. The pool that you do have access to was filthy. I spoke with the registration person who admittedly took some responsibility for the fact...
