'The staff was very kind, courteous, and friendly. We frequently dealt with Bellman Carlos and bartender/server Ramon who were awesome to speak with. The property location was interesting because despite the clouds over the relatively close rainforest, the sun consistently found itself over the property. Conveniently located near popular local business and locations. Would definitely visit again. One small takeaway was we might have asked for a different room when we arrived - we found some...

'I stayed here for my 40th birthday trip for 5 day it was welcoming and a nice vacation i loved it...the room was nice and the hotel was beautiful ...we ate at mortons steak house that is connected to the hotel...and everything tasted wonderful....i definitely would stay here again.'
