The location is perfect, tucked just outside the busier part of Duluth, so it’s peaceful and quiet, but still only a short drive to Costco, Walmart, and anything else you might need. It was the ideal base for exploring the North Shore, with easy access to all the scenic drives, hiking spots, and state parks. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. 'This was perfect for a family get away! Easy parking and access to both Duluth and Superior. Owners are clearly working to maintain the place. No pet odors or stains. Would highly recommend!'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was well stocked with kitchen items and made our day of cooking and dinner easy! The lower level was a bit chilly, and maybe that’s because we couldn’t fully figure out the thermostat. But having the wall fireplace was perfect!'

'Lucky us got a weekend where it didn’t get above zero for our whole Duluth stay. We noticed that it was quite cold in the dining area because there is no heat source in there and with the extreme cold, the heat from the adjoining areas wasn’t enough. I reached out to Heirloom and they promptly got us a space heater so we were able to snuggle in and enjoy playing games in there all weekend. '

'We had an amazing stay here, the host was very welcoming with very clear instructions on entry and how to use hot tub and amenities. Sitting by the cozy fire was wonderful, the views from the master bedroom were amazing and relaxing in the hot tub was just what the doctor ordered! We will definitely be back! '
