'Great place to stay. Could not have asked for a better location. Park and shoreline trail right across the street. Easy 15 minute walk to the aquarium. Plenty of onstreet parking spaces (though we were only there mid-week). Host was friendly and helpful. '

'Banyan really is in the perfect spot. It is an upscale, well stocked condo. While it is in the downtown area, it is very quiet and comfortable. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, and a market across the street. We plan to come back soon!'

'After driving from Iowa seeing the dunes colony was amazing as it felt we were in the country, it was very nice to be away from the hustle and bustle! Walking into the home the first thing your eyes go towards is the view from the windows! Even though we traveled out and about, it was great to come back to this home and be able to walk the beach. 'was really nice get away for me and my spouse we arrived late the first night and the fire alarm battery was low we contacted them and they responded immediately which was really nice considering how late it was. i just felt awkward walking beside the main house because i think we scared the people staying in there since it was so late and they had all of the blinds open'

So I had to leave my dog at my sister’s and I ended up staying with her a lot didn’t get to stay at the apartment as much as I wanted to, but it was a beautiful place and I would recommend it as long as you don’t have a pet.'

The back slider didn't lock until we cleaned out the rust and got the latch to open and engage. 'We stayed at the condo for over 8 weeks in the winter. It is located in a forest so it's very quiet and peaceful. The unit was clean with a well appointed kitchen. There was an initial supply of the essentials upon check in and the kitchen has a good supply of cooking utensils. Beds were comfortable and towels were plush. It is a very quiet building and the neighbors are friendly. It is very hilly so you need to be able to be somewhat fit if you want to go for a walk in the neighborhood or...

'I'm enjoying my long stay in the condo with a view of the ocean. pretty quiet and close drive to the clinics in which I work. close to walking/biking path, the wharf, aquarium, Monterey sports center, Starbucks, captain stoker's and dust bowl brewery. All walkable - approximately a mile or less, except the aquarium might be 2 miles. great location.'

"Prima verblijf voor 1 nacht. Restaurant is dicht op zondag en dat is echt niet fijn als je juist die dag aankomt na een lange doorreis. Zwembad en bubbelbad zijn lekker verwarmd, niet milieuvriendelijk maar wel leuk voor onze kinderen die graag wilden zwemmen. Fijn dat er handdoeken waren bij het zwembad. Ontbijt is a la carte en heeft ons goed gesmaakt. Fijne sfeer in het restaurant. Kamers zeer gehorig en met name de badkamer gedateerd. we hebben ieder toiletbezoek en douche van de buren boven en naast ons gehoord afgewisseld door de rammelende minibar op onze kamer. Kortom, niet echt uitgerust maar het was ok voor 1 nacht! "
