'Short drive to hikes and good restaurants. Nice view while eating breakfast at the house, and had a great breakfast at the Summerland Beach Cafe which is a short walk. If you make coffee, use the Krups over the Mr. Coffee which is very slow. The hosts were very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again!'

'Dawn is such a great host, very good communication and super friendly. The house is located in a VERY good location, close to everything downtown SB has to offer. The house itself is small and old, but has a lot of charm. The house isn't the cleanest on the planet. I had to re-clean dishes upon arrival that were put away dirty, fold laundry left in the dryer, and clean the fridge out that had a very strong smell coming from it. Other than that, no complaints!'

'Probably one of the best homes we have stayed at with our family of six plus spouses and grand children. The home does not look like much from the street but once you enter the gates it has meticulously groomed gardens with plenty of enclosed space for everyone. Inside the rooms are large, the home is clean and there was even a set up of dog bowls for our dog. The home is a five minute walk from Montecito and Butterfly Beach. Although the freeway parallels the home the noise level is next to...
