'When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. '

'Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...

'Unfortunately, our experience at Hedonist house was terrible. The location was ok though it can get loud due to the location being inside of a mall. Communication with the owner was good. Place itself was small and quite squished. The shower drain was not working properly and after about a minute of running the water it was leaking onto the floor with no way to stop it. We were having to lather soap on ourselves before getting into the shower in order to get clean. The downstairs room smelled...
