Paola, lamentamos mucho que su experiencia no fuera la deseada y mas aun un experiencia estelar, sin embargo, entendemos que el caso de su gargantilla fue tratado y recibido todo el apoyo por parte del equipo del hotel, sin encontrar nada que nos indicara que este se perdió en el hotel, y usted no sindico que era una prenda sin un real valor, sin embargo seguimos haciendo las indagación e investigaciones a ver que podemos determinar, nuestra promesa del todo incluido empieza a partir de las 3 pm hora que colocamos las manillas, de usted requerir entrar antes a disfrutar de los servicios este efectivamente tiene un costo adicional, que dependiendo de la hora varia el costo, y a partir de las 3 PM empieza la entrega de habitaciones, nuestras instalaciones son totalmente abiertas, en una ambiente natural, donde cuidamos el medio ambiente y a nuestros huéspedes, por la conciencia que tenemos de ser un hotel amigable con el medio ambiente, hacemos todo lo posible por el control de los animales silvestres, así como los perritos y los Gatitos quienes los cuidamos, vacunándolos y alimentándolos, sin embargo muchos huéspedes alimentan a estos, a los cuales les pedimos no hacerlo, pero es muy difícil controlar al 100 % en un ambiente abierto y natural, todos los días desde las 8 am hasta las 10 PM contamos con actividades variadas y todas las noches con un show distinta, el cual cada 15 días va variando, tenemos una ubicación privilegiada a solo 20 minutos de la ciudad amurallada, y a 10 minutos del aeropuerto, ofrecemos transporte gratuito a unas horas especificas desde y hacia la ciudad, así como ofrecemos el servicio de taxi en el hotel las 24 horas del dia.
