'Hotel is very conveniently situated in the old city of Cartagena. It’s and old convent that has been transformed into a hotel. For Colombia it’s an extremely expensive hotel but it’s a nice experience to be pampered and well looked after. Room was nice and comfortable, although the hotel and rooms show some signs of wear and tear. So the hotel management shouldn’t forget to continue to invest in maintenance. But in summary: we had a great stay.'

'The staff were amazing, the location is excellent in walking distance of everything. The rooms are big and cleaning happens every day. I really loved the design of the hotel, the gym is a bit limited but it works for a person or two. Had two treatments at the spa which were great and the breakfast was good too. Above all, the service and friendliness is what stood out the most. '

'The property and staff were fantastic. The only reason for a 4 star on the property condition is that they were presently doing some maintenance on the property but that didn't get in our way. The staff was excellent and friendly, gave us tips on where to go and provided a laundry service for us. The breakfast was great. I would definitely stay there again. '

'Heel leuk hotel op prima locatie. Lekker ruime en schone kamer met heerlijk bed. Prachtig dakterras met twee kleine dompelbadjes. Niet echt geschikt om bij te gaan liggen en relaxen. Personeel was heel aardig en behulpzaam. Het enige nadeel was dat tijdens ons verblijf er verbouwd werd in een gebouw naast het hotel. Tussen 08.00 en 17.00 was er een oorverdovend lawaai van gehak en drilboor. '
