I was not well, but to have essentials around nearby helped (7E, atm machine at groundfloor), petrol station, cafe & restaurants nearby etc. Our 2nd time staying, this trip we opted deluxe double room which is more spacious & window with nice greenery view. Room is equipped with essentials like slippers, coffee tea, kettle, iron & ironing board, wardrobe, reading lamp, massive tv with netflix....

'The apartment was clean and comfortable to live in. However, body wash and shampoo weren’t provided adequately even though the ‘big’ bottle was placed in the bathroom. The bathroom was a bit dirty too as I could see stains on the floor. Another thing was the water heater didn't function well. The water was so cold!'

"Appartment was very spacious. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and even 2 kitchens. Excellent view from the balcony on the Petronas towers. Nice infinity pool. Check-in a little confusing as reception in the lobby is not working for the tenant. No towels on the apartment so we needed to wait for that as well. Overall a good choice if you want something near the KLCC and the petronas towers and prefer an Appartment over a hotel. Price wise I think it was still good. "

The entire team of KL Journal Hotel is very friendly and helpful, even our anniversary has not been forgotten Thank you Rohaizad and the entire team for this unforgettable experience and surprise. We will not forget this. Another great plus of this hotel is that there is a free snack time between 3 and 5 pm, very nice of this hotel! and also if you have an early excursion, the team of this hotel ensures that you get a take-away breakfast. "It’s a very nice hotel. The only thing is that they close the pool by every a drop of rain that falls down. That was really a bit excessive and annoying. Especially for the kids who like to play in the pool even with a little rain."
