'This was simply an awful experience not only could we reach a live person on the phone prior to our trip, no return call then it got worse when we arrived no check in desk no one to greet us or answer any questions. We had to dial a # to let them know we arrived. Staff never to be seen again. Paid 300.00 for the night broken coffee maker, no batteries in spoke detector simply an awful experience '

'The staff were very welcoming and friendly, room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the a/c worked well. I got some food from the mini marrt in the lobby and boy howdy was it expensive! $10 for a cup of noodles, easy Mac and 20 oz pepsi, convenience has its price, apparently! Overall it's a nice place in a nice part of town,would recommend but bring your own food.'

'We were situated in "Sunset C" cabin. It needs an overhaul!! My husband was very upset .....bathroom was tiny!! No mat in the slippery tub; my husband slipped and fell out onto the floor. ( after requesting a mat, a female assistant brought one). The entrance door frame around entrance door was NOT fitted to the door.... gap of 1/4" at least with light shining thru the space. More than 2 switches/outlets did NOT WORK in Sunset C. I believe the newer buildings are probably very nice!! But...

'I picked this place for location. Room was what I chose and expected. Clean room, pleasant staff, comfortable. Don't know how new or recently updated, but the place is current, trending. Some places just stay old. The only drawback was singular. The bed seemed to have a large well in the center. The kind where you roll into it. I doubt by design. Slept well, though. Would stay here again.'

'the man at the reception didn't like his job very much. I didn't care that he wore a furhat the whole day but the only word that came out of him during our stay was "room". No hello, nothing. Very uninterested. Bad PR...'
