'Very nice, beautiful location, very friendly people.'

'We really enjoyed our short stay at the Carthouse. It's a lovely property in Axbridge, with Cheddar Gorge within easy reach. Communication with Val was excellent and also waited on the side of the road to show us the entrance to the side road. The Carthouse was spotlessly clean and Val had left several thoughtful items to get us started including bread, milk, wine and cider! Thank you Val, it was much appreciated. We'd have no hesitation in recommending this lovely property.'

'We stayed in Helena, it was very clean and well equipped. Concern about escape routes in the event of a fire. Some rooms didn’t have a large enough window to get out of. Swimming pool great, as was the hot tub. Lovely setting near Blandford. Would recommend getting shopping delivered as quite remote. '

'My wife and parents had an excellent stay at The Rafters. The property is well equipped and situated in a quiet yet convenient location. Only ten minutes travel time to Bath using the train. Two big bedrooms and two en-suites. We made good use of the train station, shop and pub (Hop Pole Inn). Highly recommended.'

'We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house for a friends reunion. The house is charming, comfortable, with great communal areas and cosy bedrooms. It’s well placed near a train station, and a great walk. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub which created a great atmosphere and kept us warm in winter.'

'I booked this property for my Sister’s hen-do and it was just the most perfect property!! The house was extremely well stocked with glasses and crockery. The dining room was amazing, creating such a special experience for a formal dinner. The gardens were beautiful as well! The host, Patricia, was extremely helpful and responsive - I really felt like she wanted to ensure we had the best experience, which we did!! Could not recommend this property more.'

'The cottage is gorgeous and beautifully furnished. My husband and I stayed here with friends. We were all very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Faith In Nature toiletries were a nice touch too. The cottage is well located just on the outskirts of Frome with a fabulous half hour walk along the riverside to the town centre. 'A great property, well equipped and well situated with good dining options a short walk away. Our stay was detracted by no welcome booklet (last guest spilt something on it), one bed not usable (dirty sheets) and a lack of communicated via online portal. We would definitely give it another go in the future those as are relatively easy fixes.'

'We had a nice stay at the Midsomer Manor! The owner was kind enough to supply a lot of information not only about the house, but also about safety, local shops, restaurants, and take aways.There even were suggestions about (child friendly) places to visit: we were able to enjoy some of them during our stay! The beds were very comfy. Several rooms had TV's and the children enjoyed playing with the toys that were provided. We had a bit of a problem with the front door and contacted the owner about...
