'I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were so friendly which added to the perfect environment. My room was very clean and perfectly positioned to catch the light in the morning. I had the most luxurious massage (thanks Stephanie) and I'm already planning my next visit.
The grounds are immaculate and I loved seeing the ducks in the moat.
Kris and Gemma were on the front desk. They were very attentive and appear to genuinely love there job.
Overall, my visit to New Hall Hotel & Spa was perfect...

'The location is amazing, please note there are some contruction/renovation works going on and there's multiple buildings where guests can stay. The room was really spacious and cozy with castle-like furniture. Great beds and linen. Bathroom very modern and stylish with marble-like tiles. We paid 90GBP for one night in a family room (3 persons) which is a great price. Free parking also available. Would definitely recommend!'

'On arrival and after a three and a half hour journey, we needed a shower. There was one hand towel in the property and that was it!! No bath towels.
Phoned the owner/contact for the property who said if we purchased some towels, kept the receipt he woud refund us. We purchased two towels between four of us; although it was a pain to have to go find a shop to get some. I can't find any receipt for them but they were just cheap get me by thin towels. E mailed the owner/ contact, but no reply....

'Het Hotel is modern en de medewerkers zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is echt Engels, maar wel heel simpel. We hebben ons goed weten te vermaken tijdens ons 3 daagse verblijf! '

the only negatives i can think of is getting harassed for change everytime your outside hotel - and for 3 nights that meant almost each time i enter or leave hotel which they should really do something about,
and the vegetarian options of room service should be improved a lot and should be all hours for the 5 star level of hotel'

A lot of stuff was laying around next to the roads and a lot of stuff that should have been in the trash can was laying around.
