'Meme si ce n etait que pour une nuit de passage dans la region...cet endroit est vraiment top...le personnel aux petits soins...arrivés apres la.fin du breakfast on nous a malgré tout propose des oeufs... Classe... Literie de qualité, chambres spacieuses...je recommande chaudement '

'Prima Hotel, maak er regelmatig gebruik van. De laatste keer wel veel last van Kerosine walm in de kamer, vreemd nog niet eerder gehad de afgelopen jaren.'

'Goed hotel, loopafstand naar de NEC, maar ze hebben in Engeland geen last van hoge enegeriekosten. Bloedheet op de kamer (24 graden) en niet koel te krijgen. Raam kan op een kiertje, maar dat is onvoldoende. Kortom is slapen door de warmte een drama'

'Prima hotel met niet te veel poespas, tussen het vliegveld en de LC Arena. Indien je voor een concert gaat naar Birmingham in de LC Arena, is dit een prima locatie. Alles is lopend te doen.'

'Nice quiet room (as requested), very clean, friendly desk/cleaning/restaurant staff, great location for business travels (NEC/international railway station). Pay attention: put your bread through the toaster only once!'

'To be fair we stayed at this hotel during the hottest week of the year but it was boiling! Our rooms were on the top floor so that didnt help either but the water pipes in the room were roasting, the windows didnt open fully because of the safety features and the water didnt get very cold to help cool us down. Even with 2 fans on in the room the heat in there was unbearable. We ended up having to put wet towels on us in an attempt to keep cool. Food was ok but not great and the garden furniture...

'Lovely host, very helpful & pleasant, parking directly outside our room which was a good size & very clean. Lovely surroundings with horses in the stables to say hello to. Great directions for walking to our concert at bp pulse about 15 mins away. The breakfast was very nice & served very quickly. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend.'
