'Staff was great. My 3 star rating is only because there were no sign ups left when arriving for the 3PM check-in. Without this, for the sauna or infrared room; it leaves you to be "stealing time" where you can..(also feels a bit absurd for the rate you pay.) I had to scramble out of one solo sauna after first finding it empty, because a couple had booked it, and they told me they were also booked for the infrared (double dipping also leaves others without.) 'The room was cleanish. There was what I assume is soap residue on the shower curtain, a few stray hairs in the shower and I did not step on the floor barefoot. It was clean enough for what we needed but I would not book more than a few nights. There is only a mini fridge in the room and microwave in the lobby. Water pressure was good and hot. Overall cleanliness was disappointing but for the price I didn’t expect much better. The staff that I interacted with was kind. '

'I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The hostess was warm and friendly and very accommodating, breakfast was fantastic. I stayed in the green room, and although had a "shared bathroom", I had it all to myself and felt very comfortable. I enjoyed hanging out in Woodstock - checking out the Kaaterskill waterfall and Platte Clove waterfall, shopping around town, having a beer with the locals. I had dinner right across the street at Alba's Kitchen - convenient and tasty. Great stay! Highly recommend this...
