'Tinha tudo pra ser o melhor hotel da ilha, o lugar onde ele está situado, em cima do mar é sem comparação, simplesmente lindo, perfeito! O hotel é antigo, as mobílias são antigas, me parece que falta uma manutenção e atualização. O hotel é all inclusive mas não sei falar em relação a comida. Unico que usamos foi o restaurante tailandês que ela sob reserva e estava bem bom. O café da manhã é super básico, nada de mais. O acesso a praia privativa é incríveeeeel! Continuo na opinião que falei...

'The staff, expecially the restaurant staff, were so good to us. The buffet meals were abundant and excellent. My wife and I were there for New Year 2025 celebration and were blown away by the dinner that was presented. The wait staff and cooks worked until 3am and were back in the restaurant to present breakfast at 6:30am. '

'Excelente servicio, todo el personal fue siempre amable y servicial durante toda mi estancia. Recomiendo mucho hacer la visita al Cayo Acuario, que ya es incluida con el hospedaje. La comida muy buena y con una variedad razonable y buena.'
