'Great lil place, loved it!! '

'Quiet neighborhood. Clean, smelled wonderful, interior was updated modern. Outdoor pool was salt water and clean. Putting green, although small was a lot of fun! Just one thing to consider is to nail down one of the boards by tiki hut area that was loose.'

'Property was amazing. Very clean, centrally located to everything. House has everything you could possibly need for a vacation home. Great for entertaining specifically the pool and layout. We will definitely be back!'

'The property was true to the pictures. Very nice layout. We had everything we needed. They had a bottle of Champagne and chocolates waiting for us to help celebrate our anniversary. It was awesome to have the outdoor cooking and eating area. We especially enjoyed the Lanai, pool and watching the sunsets on the dock every night.'

'We were there for a Girls Trip and the property was very nice and roomy. There were a couple of minor issues; such as, the pool was not heated although we were told the water temperature was 85 degrees. The water didn't appear to be very warm so we didn't get to enjoy the pool. The smoke detector kept chirping even after the battery was changed out; and one of the ceiling fans on the lanai seemed a little loose so we just didn't run the fan. In spite of these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed...

'Beautiful home on canal, with a super large outdoor area with BBQ grill, pool with 5 lounge chairs, spa, table for six, plus additional seating area w/gas firepit. The house is equipped with everything you need. We would definitely rent again. Sadly it's booked for March and April for 2025 and 2026 already.'

'This home had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable, lots of different sitting areas, and a well appointed kitchen. The lanai and pool area were fabulous! So many ways to enjoy the outdoors whether you wanted to be in the shade, in the sun or watching the large TV. We would love to stay here again. Shopping and many dining venues close by.'

'The pictures didn’t lie. The layout of the house fit so well for all of our ages. It exceeded most of our expectations. The pool was so fun for all. The game room brought all together at night. Kayaking the canal was a great experience. Our grandson’s highlight was catching the Garfish. Being able to spend time together with our family at this very accommodative location will be a treasured memory.'

'We really enjoyed our stay! We stayed for 3 days with family prior to go up north to madiera. We experienced new things and some great food. Really enjoyed the hot tub at night after long days of driving around and the activities. Husband even saw a gopher tortoise in the backyard! House was clean, beds were comfy. Very well stocked in the kitchen. Met the host and she was very nice! Thank you again for a great stay!'

'This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. The unit was clean, artfully decorated, and very comfortable. The lanai looks out on the largest canal in Cape Coral overseeing boating activity, kayaking and paddle boards. You see the occasional dolphin and other fish swimming by. The property managers/owners could not be more gracious and accommodating! We hope to stay there again in the near future!'

'The property and host are both VERY NICE! The location is Excellent! You can walk right from your porch to a dock on Lemon Bay with wonderful views, and you're just a few minutes drive to the beach.'

'I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. It was very nicely upgraded with very comfortable beds. The master bathroom was awesome! The shower had great water pressure! Its located close to many conveniences in downtown Cape Coral. The property manager was very accomodating with my requests. If I’m in the area anytime, I will definitely return to this property.'
