'This is our 4th time coming back to stay in Mandarin Plaza Hotel when we are in Cebu City. Fantastic location, just accross the Ayala Malls. The customer service assistance is excellent. All the staff we encountered are very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The rooms are very clean, too! The housekeeping is really doing a great job in maintaining cleanliness amd orderliness in the room amd in the hallway. The room is spacious and we really like the space. 'Prima hotel, vriendelijk vrolijk personeel. Goede keuken. Winkels en restaurants op loopafstand. Dichtbij vliegveld, maar vanwege het drukke verkeer toch minimaal 1 uur rijden. Heerlijk zwembad met ligbedden en handdoeken service. In weekenden erg druk bij ontbijt vanwege dagjes mensen. Roken alleen bij de buitenbar , bij voordeur en op eigen terras. Prima ligging om dag trips te maken, als je de stad eenmaal uit bent, is het verkeer normaal.'

'Great deal. Check in was a bit confusing as it is not at the front desk, you need to go around the corner to the business centre to check in and out. Otherwise great space, super comfy bed and linen. Had to ask for more water, but they were quick to sort. Nice pool area, friendly staff.'
