'We stayed 3 nights in Plantation Bay, and I have to give a shout out to Ms. Glaze at the front desk! She explains everything clearly and with kindness. She was patient enough to answer all the questions and very polite. Give her a raise or acknowledge her professionalism and most of all, her way of letting us all feel very welcome. She's part of the reasons why I extended for another night and even booked additional room. Please award her or promote her!
However, we did not like the attitude...

'I stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, making for a restful stay. The hotel is located in a fairly quiet area, which is perfect for those looking to relax while still being within reach of nearby attractions. The airport is just 20 minutes drive. The staff was friendly and accommodating, adding to the positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel you can’t go wrong with it!'

'If you want to get away from it all , this is the place, this little island . No casino , no golf club, no cars, no TV, only adults , landscaping lovingly maintained , but not excessively, super friendly staff, incredible massage team. Bring books and relax and sleep off your stress , on this island you are condemned to do nothing but enjoy the hospitality.'

It’s a perfect getaway for families and friends. Even though just one night but it is worth it. There are plenty of activities to enjoy here, especially if you make full use of the services they offer. I love how peaceful it is, it really helps you relax and unwind. The room was huge and the service is excellent.'
