'This was our third Trip to this resort in the past ten years. Unfortunately they are noticeably suffering from terrible management. The staff was fantastic, but they are severely understaffed and supposedly its intentional from management. They are trying to cut costs and the product, the experience of the resort, is severely suffering in quality as a result. Check in, breakfast, even ordering a drink all took forever because lots of guests and hardly any staff in comparison to years past.'

The staff was friendly and accommodating, adding to the positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel you can’t go wrong with it!'
