'オーシャンビューの部屋プランで予約したものの、1階の部屋に通され、目の前はオーシャンWingのロビー車寄せになっており、ガーデンもそこまで見えない状況でした（車寄せの騒音は気にならず）。 食事にGrab配達（日本のUber eatsのようなもの）を多用しており、食事の受取場所であるオーシャンロビーからほど近く、何かとロビーに用があり利便性がよかったことと、海とプールとキッズパークにアクセスが非常に良かったため、部屋の交換を交渉しませんでしたが、これらの利便性がなければオーシャンビューに変更すべきところでした。 スタッフは全員とても親切で、連れて行ったキッズたちを歓迎してくれました。'

The hotel is located in a fairly quiet area, which is perfect for those looking to relax while still being within reach of nearby attractions. The airport is just 20 minutes drive. 'Excellent! Beautiful location, quiet en friendly staff. The food was delicious. We went to this resort last February (2019), to vist our family in Tagbilaran for the first time. The staff was so friendly, we hadn't met friendly staff like they was before. We visited the Islands on the east side of the Mactan Island by boatrip. We also went to the Panglao Island by ferry from Cebu, keep in mind that i will take a half day to come there. Outside the resort was a lot of traffic and real Philippines...
