'had a good stay at Seda Central Bloc Cebu. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the manager was very understanding and helpful. I stayed in one of the apartment-style rooms, which was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Having a stacked washer and dryer in the room was a great convenience, especially for a longer stay.
