'The location was great. We had an upper floor room, that overlooks the waterway. Saw lots of interesting water birds. The walk down to town was about 1/2 mile. The rooms were comfy. Large kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Nice shower too. The bedroom mattress seemed to like a spring mattress, so it wasn't amazingly comfortable, but we slept fine. We didn't hear any traffic noise.'

'Very clean. Easy walking to local spots. Great July 4th weekend!'

'Great view of Gulf from the porch.'

'It was exactly as described in the listing. I couldn’t believe how GREAT the property manger took care of us. She made us feel like family. I am definitely going back. Cedar Key is a fun and unique place to visit. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. We had everything that we needed!! I would highly recommend staying here if you visit Cedar Key!!!'

'The entire town is pet friendly and the staff at park place is top notch. Great host with great communication. We will be back!'

'Lovely property with an apartment that has lots of extras. Shampoo, conditioner, coffee maker...even bottled water and some vodka seltzers. Owner was very responsive and communication was excellent. Pet deer, dog, and cat were super friendly! Relaxing visit. We were the first people to stay after the hurricane in the fall. Washer and dryer had been damaged and have not been replaced yet. If you need those facilities, make sure they are installed before you book.'

'Great views and nice local restaurants/food.'

'Wonderful apartment! Great location, very cute! Will be back!'

'PHENOMENAL customer service! Cute place for our family of four!'

'Pros: good location, private parking, full kitchen, laundry machine, water hose to wash off everything Cons: needs updating, a bigger tv- one tv in living room that’s a 30 inch Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was a great location, had a full kitchen to make our meals. The bed was comfy. I just found it to be a bit pricy for how outdated the apartment was. I did message the host before arriving, but never heard back. Thankfully we figured it out!'

'Great unit, great location. '

'Superb location for the art festival. Nice space. Beautifully decorated. Stairs are a little steep so take your time going up to the bedrooms on top floor and hold on the handrail. The top floor also slants. So if you drank too much you might not even notice it . I would definitely recommend it '
