'Newer property. Clean room'

'The water was just above cold the first two days. The third day it was atleast a little warm. Never got hot water during our stay. Went to use the conditioner and it was empty, so double check prior to hopping in the shower. Beds have a hard mattress.'

'We loved our suite, the rooms were very clean, and comfortable. Most of the staff were amazing, especially Mayte H at the check in desk. She was so amazingly helpful and nice.'

'Great environment'

'Great'

'We had some very loud neighbors blasting music, but the staff was helpful in getting us moved to another room. Overall, it was clean and conveniently located to lots of great dining and shopping options. I appreciated that the rooms feature both soft and firm pillows for a variety of guests. I can't comment on breakfast since we checked out before it was available, but we appreciated the complimentary coffee/tea. Had a good stay overall.'

'Clean room. Easy access to show site.'

'This is the CLEANEST hotel I have ever stayed in!'

'Twee dagen van de drie geen ontbijt gehad omdat alles leeg was om 8:45 uur, terwijl het ontbijt tot 10:00 uur zou zijn. De assistent manager achter de receptie was mega arrogant en zei dat het haar verantwoordelijkheid niet was. Totaal geen excuses of niks. Zijn verplicht buiten de deur gaan ontbijten. Ronduit belachelijk!'

'The front desk wasn't helpful at all!! We booked a suite and was told Expedia over booked the location. The hotel was in desperate need over maintenance thru-out the whole building. The kitchen staff was nice and helpful, The food was about on par with most included breakfasts at most similar rated hotels.'

'Definitely reccomend I was very satisfied with the overall experience, clean room friendly staff, clean lobby. Only bad part was that house keeping did not come the entire time I was there, other than that they were awesome!'
