'Everything was beautiful'

'Adequate parking and excellent checkin staff. The rooms were recently upgraded and had a new feel about them. Very family friendly. The breakfast area is run by an Eva Braun type. Stiff, suspicious and unfriendly. Keeps the silverware behind the counter as a way to monitor the guest dining. Uncomfortable. '

'Parking was great, plenty of space. The rooms were nice overall, but dusty in some areas (like top of desk) and saw strands of someone's hair in the bathroom.'

'It has taken years for the remodel and we continued to stay during the 4 years of construction. Along the way, the rooms were always decent and clean and the hotel felt safe. CONSTRUCTION is DONE! The place looks great and the rooms are really nice.'

'The staff was great. Very pleasant. I had 2 small issues that were immediately resolved by the staff. They really worked as a team and paid attention to guests. The hotel was clean and the cleaning staff was great as well. If I had to completely split hairs and gripe about something, I would love a better gym. This is personal preference and was easily overcome. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you to the staff for your kindness and attention.'

'The staff was nice. The rooms were not kept well. The tub had a hole in it. The chair in the room was broken. We had to call several times for an ironing board. The coffee machine was broken. Therefore, there was no coffee or hot water for breakfast.'

'Staff was great'

'I didn’t even stay in the room. When I arrived at the property there were men outside that kept trying to call me over. They stared me down and kept calling me saying, “hey baby” and “come here girl”. I went into my room and it smelled like cigarettes. I told the girl up front that I would not be staying, and I didn’t feel safe. She told me to go through Expedia to get a refund.'
