'This house suited our needs perfectly. We were in town for a college graduation and it was very convenient to Wake Forest as well as the down town area for restaurants and shopping. Plenty of room to stretch out instead of being in a cramped hotel room!'

'The whole unit is a comfortable sized apartment with a little bit of everything going on to make sure you’re prepared for most at home scenarios. Well stocked, roomy, and not so much going on that its easy to lose track of things. The host was polite, quick to respond to questions, and was overall very helpful! I would stay again next time I’m in the state!'

'Great cozy place to stay in Greensboro. Close to many attractions and local joints. Only concern that made me put this a 4- vs. 5-stars are the mattresses - they are extremely firm. We typically sleep on a firm mattress and the one at the residence were firmer. Other than that...it was a great place. Great stay. Property manager was quick to respond which was perfect.'

'What a great stay! We had 6 adults and 1 child to celebrate our son’s graduation. The condo was perfectly located to walk to almost everything…graduation, meals, take out options etc. It was spacious enough that we could invite an aunt and uncle around to join us for a late post-graduation dinner and the child could go to bed. 'We had a very pleasant time. The host was very communicative and the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean, but the kitchen ware was pretty limited. There is a dog next door (very sweet!) and we didn't hear him bark at all during the night. We got very good sleep!'

'I stayed with my son at this property for a week while he swam at the Nationals Swim Meet at the Greensboro swim coliseum. The property was perfect for us--a 10 minute drive from the venue, but in an established, safe neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees and plentiful walking paths. It is walkable to great local restaurants and coffee shops, and a short drive to great shopping, dining, grocery stores (Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, etc.). Highly recommend. We'll definitely be back!!'

'After checking in 15-20 minutes early, we realized the cleaning lady had not come yet to change linens or get the house ready. I promptly reached out to the house manager and it was remedied in a very prompt manner. By the time my husband and I returned from dinner with my son, who we had come to see, the house sparkled and smelled wonderful!!!
