'The property is better than the listing states. The property is in a great locoation. Its not possible to have a better location. You are literally a few minutes from downtown. The location is safe, friendly and vibrant. The property is very clean, modern and simple.The owner is very nice. She was very responsive to our needs. She provided everything we needed. We didnt have to buy anything extra as needed for our stay. We arrived at 3:30 am on a Thursday with last minute...

'This property was exactly as advertised! I stayed for more than a month and was very comfortable. I learned to cook lots of things in the microwave! I did bring some of my own dishwater so that I did not eat from disposable dishes all month. The host was very responsive and friendly while still respecting my privacy. It was the perfect spot for a single traveler. '

'We really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Guest House Apartment. It was exactly as it was depicted online. The layout, design, and furnishings were very nice and quite contemporary. Our host Maddie was very welcoming which helped to make our stay more than a pleasant one. We would not hesitate to stay again. In fact, we will be visiting Greensboro more in the future and the cozy apartment is at the top of our list for places to stay when we return!Thanks for the hospitality and attentiveness.'

'My husband and I were in town to watch our son play all week in the BodyArmor State Baseball games. Great location for UNCG and the Grasshoppers Stadium. Host were very quick to respond and meet every need. Definitely recommend! '

'Perfect place for us to stay. Clean, kitchen is stocked with basice kitchenware. Appliances all clean and ready to go. It is conveniently located close to downtown. Felt safe and secure. A few little problems. The TV remote batteries were all dead or the remotes didnt work so was unable to use the TV. There were two lights burnt out in the kitchen which made it a bit tough to see while cooking at night. Lots of towels, blankets and a washer/dryer combo. Will stay here again and I highly...

My wife removed the TV from our bedroom...so being able to watch TV from bed in this apt. was also much appreciated:) The hosts were also really generous...allowing me to check in a few hours before the designated check-in time.Would definitely be back here if the opportunity presented itself!'

'I was in town for an extended weekend to visit family and see a show at the Coliseum. The apartment was the perfect size and met all of our needs. The Coliseum is within short walking distance along with other shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The host also responds quickly and is polite. I would recommend this place!'

'We received zero communication from the property owner regarding the check in procedure, access code, etc., despite numerous messages sent. There was zero response. We had to escalate the issue to VRBO and they were also unable to get in touch with the property owner. 'We enjoyed our stay here. It was nice with a small kitchen with all of the basics (oil, salt, pepper, dishes, silverware…). It also had hot water and such, easy parking and instructions! It wasn’t a 5 star hotel but it was great and clean and had everything we needed for a weekend away!'

"We stayed here for 2 nights in a comfortable suite. The property was very pleasant, as were the staff. Parking was easy and safe. Strange that a hotel of this class doesn't have a bar or restaurant though. I know they offer a glass of wine in the evening, but having to walk 10 minutes to find somewhere to go for a nightcap we found unusual. Feels more like a wedding venue than a full-service hotel. Breakfast was very good."
