'Seems like a hotel in transition. The rooms and common area in lobby are all very nice. Comfy beds. Hallway, elevator carpet in halls all felt leftover from an older hotel. Location was kind of funky and not much right around it. Good value though that's for sure. We slept well'

'The house was very clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained, which we really appreciated during our stay. However, there were two downsides to be aware of. First, after booking, the owner asked us to pay an extra money for cleaning fee, even though it was not clearly listed in the Expedia booking details. 'The staff was super friendly and helpful the second you walked through the front door. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easily accessible and very safe. We will definitely be coming back here the next time we are in Greensboro. '
