'Great'

'The property is going through a pool update which I’m sure will look great, they did a great job decorating the lobby and outside for Halloween. Very friendly and clean, the only thing that needs attention is the bathroom in our room, it was clean but needs an update, you can only repair and rehang wallpaper so much before it needs replacement. Would I stay here again, absolutely for the price it’s well worth it. '

'The hotel is dated and dark and needs upkeep. I paid for a king-size room, but the internet connection didn't work there, so I had to be moved to a double, which was just as dark, with torn carpet and broken lampshades. The internet connection did work there, but the TV stopped working after a while. The following day, I was offered to move to other rooms, each with different problems of their own: loud air conditioning, and no internet connection again (even though it was an "upgrade"). I...

'Well lit parking. Easy to find. Outside stairs/ outside doors. No elevator. Clean room. Beds are comfortable. AC rattled some so I had to mess with the settings to get that to stop. Didn’t eat the breakfast. Good hotel if you need a clean room and shower for a night. '

'It’s hard for me To get out of parking because too many cars are so near ! It’s like a parking jam game ! '

I’m traveling with my sprinter van business and I booked room here after the load was delivered. The next day my dispatch company was not ready for me another load by checking out. 'This is an amazing property! I would highly recommend Hotel Indigo when visiting the Winston-Salem area. It is centrally located and in a highly walkable area. If you choose not to valet park your car, there is a very inexpensive garage one block away by the bus station. The staff understand good customer service and were always friendly and helpful. My room was perfect and beautifully decorated. This is now my "go to" hotel when visiting the Winston-Salem area!'
