'I stayed at the East Norwich Inn for a week last August while taking my daughter to the local University. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The hotel is clean, the rooms spacious and quiet and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located and is also an excellent starting point for trips to New York City and Long Island. Highly recommended and I have booked another stay for the fall.'

'When we chrcked in the lady at the counter was not very friendly and helpful. We had to pay a deposit, but my creditcard did not work. She told me 2 times that it did not work, but did not help me at all. And every time we passed her in the next days and greeted her, she didn't say anything back. Luckily the other people were friendly and helpful. The room and the bed were great. It was a pity that the windows could not be opened, I like to sleep with te windows open. '

'Mooie locatie/ hoofdgebouw. Ontvangst bod en onprofessioneel. Faciliteiten nagenoeg allemaal gesloten. Kamer prima. Ontbijt goed maar presentatie zeer slecht. Disposable bestek en borden. Uitstraling van 5 sterren, service en faciliteiten minder dan 2 Sterren. Niet te veel verwachten dan valt het misschien mee.'
