El lugar es privilegiado ya que esta frente a playa tranquila y de vista despejada (sin edificios), buen desayuno y goza de silencio lo que es un privilegio. La atención del personal puede mejorarse con capacitación (escuchar al cliente y estar disponible en recepción si quiere considerarse hotel), la limpieza es impresionante en cafa rincón de la casa, bosca en el 1er piso posee un calido living...

'Dit hotel heeft maar 14 of 16 kamers. Ziet er leuk uit, als bungalows maar alles is oud en gammel. Kamers erg klein. Geen koelkast. Douchegordijnrails hangt met touwtje vastgeknoopt aan het plafond. Als je gordijn wil sluiten stort hele rail naar beneden. Dus dan maar open laten waarna wc drijfnat wordt. Met uitzicht op oceaan bedoelen ze de containerhaven. Muren flinterdun.
Ontbijt is eenvoudig en beperkt. Op zich prima maar voor deze kamerprijs verwacht je wel iets meer. Personeel is zeer...
'This was the best place I could have chosen for my week long visit to Valparaiso! Set atop a small hill a mile south of Sotomayor Square the guest house is in a more quiet neighborhood. This area is convenient for visiting the UNESCO areas, but much more peaceful and safe for walking around.
