'This was a fantastic property, so glad we decided to stay. We booked 2 nights in a queen room. There were so many little touches that made it a wonderful stay: the friendly, helpful staff at check-in, the valets who truly hustle, and the chocolates on the side table in the room. The hotel is gorgeous, clean, and has so much charm. We went to License One Speakeasy for live music and a comedy show, and the Corner Bar for dinner. 'Loved the town, the room and the area. They need to work on check in. When we reserved the room, we were told we would receive the door codes 24 hours before check in time. We texted, as we were told to do, about 3 hours before check in to get codes. No response. We texted one hour before check in time so we knew to head that way, no response. We finally called and were told they had been very busy and we could come. Loved the place, but the check in procedure was VERY frustrating.'

'The room was lovely, and the property was in a great area with lots of restaurants and shops around. Staff was super helpful and breakfast was great. Only complaint was the ac took a while to start working to cool down the room. Other than that it was perfect for a weekend getaway. '
