'Not sure about all the rooms, but the room I was in I had to fix the toilet handle and the shower head. With all the open drinking I saw this wasn't surprising'

'Pictures and hotel website are a bit deceiving. Was expecting a higher level of cleanliness and hospitality. Especially the shower curtain had hairs and even a feather in it (don't know how they managed). The carpet is grey so don't want to think about how dirty it may have been. Breakfast is basic and plastic cutlery, plates, etc only. Would not stay again.'

'My room was located near the exit to which I heard the doors opening and closing all night and also where the staff performed their morning duties which woke me up early and a pillows were trash, other than those three things the stay was very pleasant and the breakfast was great'
