'I usually don't leave reviews but Ashley, the concierge, was the most polite, professional, courteous, and patient person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. If the rest of the staff is anything like her, I don't see a reason for me to go to any hotels other than this one when I visit the DMV!'

'Hotel ligt bij een drukke kruising en is wat moeilijk te bereiken. Maar als dit bekend is geen probleem. Goede ontvangst, gezellige dame. Kamer is super, groot, fijn bed, pantry erbij, kortom top. Ontbijt was goed hoewel eentonig. Er staat altijd koffie en thee klaar. Mogelijkheid even in lounge te zitten om bij te komen. Bij ons was het erg warm en de airco die werkte goed. Als we nogmaals in DC komen, verblijven we hier zeker weer.'

'Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. '
