'Wij hadden helaas wel een heel slechte ervaring met een boeking in het weekend. Omdat er meerdere feesten en partijen waren, konden we 's avonds laat bij terugkomst in het hotel onverwachts niet eten in een van de restaurants. Dit was niet aangekondigd vantevoren. Je merkt goed dat men meer is ingesteld op de massa en niet de individuele hotelgast. Dat is jammer want het hotel is op zich een beleving, ook qua omgeving zeer de moeite waard.'

'The area around the hotel is sketchy. Someone tried to break into my car. Weren’t it for that it would have been 5 stars. The property was clean, the rooms were spacious and bed comfortable. If you don’t drive then it’s worth staying here; if you park a vehicle, think twice or atleast try and park by the front.'

'Amazing location! A bit difficult to find the parking garage. Room was beautiful and extremely clean. Restaurants downstairs and a nice area to walk around. Free shuttle to Museums. Ask front desk for information.'

'It was clean and the staff was great, but the room condition was horrible. I gave it two stars because it at least kept any potential rain off our heads but the air conditioners were so loud that the bed actually vibrated when the compressors kicked on. Now, to the bed, it was unsleepable, the mattresses was literally bowl shaped that must have taken years to get into that condition. After letting the staff know they brought up a foam pad that was not the right size so the bed turned into a bowl...

'The staff Ms. Lanita and the evening lady were really nice but I did not like the fact that everytime you needed to use the elevator you had to wait in staff to let you up. I didn’t like the fact that I was charged for a night when I checked in the next day due to flight delays because of bad weather. It’s a very outdated hotel the good thing is it’s right on the harbor and a Ruth Chris and McCormick’s is in the hotel. Would I book again??? Probably not '
