'Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. '

'There were numerous communication issues between me and the staff and managers at one point our room got up to 77° and stayed like that for hours because there was no one on staffed correct the issue although we got the historic room fee waved. I don’t believe that the staff truly cared about our experience in the hotel as a whole considering that it was where we were staying to get married. I wrote an email to management at 8:30 AM and it has now been 12 hours and I have yet to get a phone call...

'Convenient to restaurants'

'The room and everything about the hotel was a 10/10 minus nothing! I enjoyed the comfortability and accessibility to luxury! I will definitely be there again and again! The staff were nice and helpful! The only thing I suggest is having cutlery and plates, dishwashing soap in the sink and kitchen area. I had the studio king suite'

'The room had a bad smell. The furniture was beat up. No microwave. The heat/aircon air exit vent had dust build up that really needs a good cleaning. That’s bad for anyone that suffers with respiratory or allergies issues. '
