'Nice and clean with great guest services '

'We were there to attend a concert at the amphitheater in the Mystic Lake Casino. The property has multiple dining options. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only complaint about the property is that in the amphitheater there were only 7 stalls in the woman's bathroom which caused us to miss part of the concert because we had to waiting for a long time in line. For an amphitheater that seats 2100 people that unacceptable. '

'Had a nice stay, good customer service. We wanted a hotel close to the casino, which it was, so that was nice. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was the highlight - great selection. The only downside was the hot tub being out of order, the pool looked decent though.'

'The property was beautiful outside. Fall is a great time to go to Walker. When we checked in the receptionist, she was nice and bubbly. However, when we went to the restaurant/bar for dinner, it was closed. Nothing was mentioned when we booked it. That was one of the main reasons we wanted to stay there. There was another party wanting to know when breakfast is served and they laughed and said no breakfast. It is 10 miles or so into town. The rooms were nice and large. Called and Asked for...

'Well unfortunately are first room would not stay cool it for some reason was super hot wouldn’t cool down under 73 so we had for a room change and the hotel staff were more than happy to give us different room which was like a million time better '
