'This hotel is rough around the edges and is showing its age. That would not be so bad, but the room was not clean. There was mold in the shower, drips and water marks on the bedside tables. The bed looked like someone had slept on it after it was made. When I brought it to management's attention, the manager expressed his dissatisfaction with the cleaner and the cleaner was defensive. '
