'Very clean and spacious room. Bed was a goodness firmness with lots of fluffy pillows. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Loved the absorbent towels too. The grounds are well-maintained and open. Quiet was greatly appreciated. Kelly, our host, was very friendly and kind. Really appreciated her assistance. Breakfast is adequate for our needs and the coffee is delightful, especially in this cool weather. '

'We booked for two nights and stayed a third too. And if time permitted, we would have booked a 4th and a 5th! The location is superb and centrally located in the White Mountains (we hiked the Lonesome Lake trail and the Franconia Ridge trail loop). Randy and Jonathan are perfect hosts, who dealt very well with our coffee addiction and brought us additional cups every morning. 'Great budget motel at a calm and quiet location. The best thing is its still 5 minutes from the heart of lincoln. The facility is clean, well kept with a privacy quite unmatched! The management always provides quick support which is refreshing. I have been a regular for 3 years, and plan to keep going back. Dont forget to ask for your favourite room ; they always try their best to accomodate request.'

This is the second year in a row that I stayed at the Franconia Notch Motel and the reason I returned was because I was so happy with my stay last year. It is conveniently located near many area attractions. I will stay here again when I am in the area.'
