'I didn't eat breakfast but the wife said it was good, nothing great but good. There are not many food choices in the town anymore but we really enjoyed the Mexican Restaurant on Canal Street, food was excellent and so was the service. Friendly people'

'The bed was comfortable. The bathroom rug was dirty, and the shower could have used a good deep cleaning. We did see a mouse on the chair one evening. There was no dresser or closet. It would have been nice for unpacking your clothes.'

Not only was the original cabin perfect, she called us to see if we wanted to switch to a cabin on less of an incline, for the impending snow storm. As if that wasn’t enough, she allowed us to stay an extra day due to that weather. Nothing better than being snowed into a beautiful cabin for an extended weekend.
